LEAP Architecture designed fit-up space within a landmark building in Manhattan. Work areas, staffing spaces, temporary production, archive and a lounge were all part of the design program.

Budget was mostly spent on rent, and this space was ancillary to the photographer’s main studio. Furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipment were mostly found objects and organized around the primary archives.
